4. Liability waiver & assumption of risk

1. 4.1 Our responsibility

   In short: if something's on us, we own it.

   Plan Georgia is responsible for providing the services described in your booking confirmation with reasonable skill and care. This includes services performed by our guides and drivers and by the suppliers we engage for your tour, such as accommodation, activity and transport providers.

2. 4.2 Risks of outdoor activities

   In short: nature is part of the trip, and it can be unpredictable.

   Our tours include outdoor activities such as 4x4 driving on mountain roads, hiking and quad biking. These carry risks that cannot be fully removed even when reasonable care is taken, including terrain, weather, altitude and wildlife. By booking, you accept these inherent risks. Plan Georgia is not liable for loss, injury or damage that arises solely from them where we and our suppliers have acted with reasonable skill and care.

3. 4.3 Your responsibilities

   You agree to follow your guide's safety instructions throughout the tour and to tell us before booking about any medical condition that could affect your participation.

4. 4.4 Insurance

   Travel insurance is not included in any tour. We strongly recommend that every traveller holds valid travel and medical insurance covering their planned activities for the full duration of their trip.

5. 4.5 Events outside our control

   Plan Georgia is not liable for any failure or delay in providing a service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including road or pass closures, severe weather, natural events and actions of public authorities. Where such an event affects your tour, we will offer an alternative route or date where possible.

6. 4.6 Your statutory rights

   Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
